Tahnees' 4 week introduction to yoga was wonderful. The classes were a perfect balance of informative theory of yoga blended with asana practice. As a class we were a mixture of experience and Tahnee created a perfectly comfortable learning space where we all felt comfortable to ask any nessesary questions and to share. Tahnee set tasks for the week which really helped to cement the teachings and helped developed a more independent understanding of yoga and mediation. I still think about the course now and still go back to the handout, as I got so much from it. Tahnees' course is a great introduction or top up for any yoga journey.

I began pilates with Tahnee back in February, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, Tahnee is very approachable making it easy to ask questions or discuss how you could adapt your pilates workout to suit your individual needs dependant on injures or level of fitness. If your looking for a workout that isn't to strenuous and doesn't invole lifting heavy weights. I would suggest giving Pilates a go with Tahnee
